Pixie Pan, the "Cat Mom of the Upper East Side," is the founder of the Universal Cat Care Company and has been serving NYC pet parents since 2015. She began UCC (then "Magic with Catrick") in January 2022 after seeing a severe lack of feline-focused pet care companies in the city and the opportunity to change that.

Her next goals include expanding the new company to more neighborhoods and opening the UES' first Universal Cat Cafe!

I love being around animals and grew up with cats since I was a child (we had a sibling pair my whole childhood) and now am a mom to a different sibling pair of cats that I adopted from ACC in November 2022. I recently completed my first housesit with TrustedHousesitters.com at a home with two cats and a dog. I have cared for roommates' cats in the past as well as done housesitting/petsitting for a colleague with a pet dog. I grew up on Long Island and have lived in NYC since 2015 and on the UES since 2022; when I'm not hanging out with my furry friends, I'm a school librarian and enjoy reading, attending live theater, and being in nature.

I’m Dallan, a 25 year old cat co-parent based in Astoria, NYC! I'm the dad of a wonderful cat named Ramona, pictured with me! I love cats with every fiber of my being, and I've been called a cat-whisperer by many of my friends over the years. The bond between human and cat is sacred, and built on mutual trust, respect, love, but most importantly lots of head boops. My biggest motto when taking care of our feline friend is "It's a cat's world, and we're just living in it!"
